HISTORY AND IDENTITY

Fe.Gi. Manifatture has a rich history, made in Italy. The company behind the WAMPUM, WPM DENIM and WPM KIDSbrands has its headquarters in Teramo, Italy.From the 1960’s it has built itself an important niche in the fashion industry. Fe.Gi. Manifatture began in this fervent industrial climate in 1965 thanks to the vision and strong entrepreneurial instincts of its founder, Mauro Di Paolo.
The company has been literally invading the market for over 40 years, spreading throughout Italy and abroad. The success of the WAMPUM brand, the standard-bearer of the company’s triumph, has led to the creation of two other brands. WPM DENIM meets the needs and trends of the young adult and the WPM KIDS brand caters to the important children sector.

THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

These three brands are the fruits of a long entrepreneurial path that has led to the creation of a company that can boast a staff of 60 employees. The company spans two generations, from its founders to the current generation led by Giuliano Di Paolo.
It has a strong family tradition, handed down from generation to generation and under the current management is bringing about numerous transformations and continued growth. It is quick to respond to the latest market trends and has an annual turnover of approximately 35 million Euro a year.

COMMUNICATIONS

Particular attention is paid to investments in publicity to constantly improve brand perception. For a number of years, Fe.Gi. has invested heavily in linking its image to famous names from the worlds of sport and show business, creating considerable resonance with the public. This year the company has chosen the handsome Alessandro Matri, the new Cagliari Calcio discovery, as its testimonial for the WPM Denim lines, while for WPM Kids the face of Federico Russo from the TV series “I Cesaroni” is back again.

There have been various testimonials over the years - from Amauri Carvalho De Oliveira to Sergio Muniz, Francesco Arca, Salvatore Angelucci Camila Morais Eliska Seredova and numerous others.

The publicity investment involves a major plan with TV adverts on RAI, Mediaset and Sky, a press campaign in all leading lifestyle and fashion magazines, a poster campaign throughout Italy and below the line and P.O.P. material. An important plan and a 360° campaign for a historic Italian company which continues to keep up with the times, investing heavily in communications thanks to a fundamental ingredient... PASSION.

NATIONAL MARKET

The market has responded to these investments and the quality of the product is generating a strong and growing demand, also on an international level. 80% of the current production is sold in Italy thanks to a sales network consisting of 11 agents who maintain firsthand contact with the various distribution channels of the three brands:
• Wholesalers (60%)
• Department Stores (15%)
• Retail Stores (25%).

EXPORT

There is notable exportation to the Spanish and Russian markets. The markets in Greece, Holland, Malta, France, Slovenia and Montenegro are also growing thanks to a sales network made up of agents, importers and distributors.

WAMPUM was the first brand launched by Fe.Gi., linked to the image of a sporty and dynamic man. The lines are comfortable and use classic colours infused into an informal style. Wampum is the expression of the contemporary man. It is an extremely well known brand within national territory and once worn it retains the customer thanks to its evident qualities.

Wpm Denim

Wpm Denim is a brand linked to a casual style, constantly reinvented to meet the latest trends. It offers aggressive clothing for him, and fashionable clothing for her. WPM Denim is an elaborate, physical style always looking out for new fabrics and solutions. Wpm Denim is tenacious and innovative, a constantly evolving style that creates a look for every occasion. Putting on WPM means ‘Living Denim’.

Wpm Kids

WPM KIDS stands out from the crowd thanks to its bold and fun-loving clothes, combined with a touch of glamour that is loved by parents and kids alike. All the collections are made up of jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets. The brand is divided into the following lines: NEWBORN (12 months to 2 years), BABY, (3 to 6 years), and finally BOY and GIRL (from 7 to 14 years). WPM KIDS responds to the latest trends presenting comfortable, fun and original clothing every season. All this is combined with high quality at the right price.
